The maximum number of people that can stay in this condo is 5.
A safety deposit of $300.00 USD in cash will be required at your arrival, which will be reimbursed upon your departure, once the property and the condo equipment have been reviewed and it has been established that everything is in the same conditions as delivered at the beginning of your rental.
Is important to mention that our services are not “all-inclusive”, that is, the condo is rented out as a vacation home; we don’t have bellboy service or delivery of food and beverages. The experience that we are offering is that you may enjoy your vacations as if you were at home.
Your rate includes $150 pesos per night for electricity; if you exceed that amount, you will be charged the difference upon your departure.
Finally, it is important to note that our rates are low due to the fact that we are in the construction process and that consequently, there will be some noise around the project.
